• A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies to orders under $35.

• Free standard shipping is available on orders of $35 or more.

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

Where We Ship

Petvia currently ships within the United States only, including all U.S. states and territories where carrier service is available.

We ship to:

• The 48 contiguous United States

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• APO/FPO addresses

• U.S. territories

Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and certain U.S. territories may require additional transit time depending on carrier availability and destination.

Shipping Carriers

We use multiple shipping carriers to provide reliable delivery service. The carrier selected for your order may vary depending on your location, package size, and delivery requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Processing times refer to the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive any available tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Petvia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned to Petvia due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment. Petvia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
